I’m learning about more triggers that I never knew I had
I am thinking more about my actions and what will happen if I use
I love coming to the ‘reduce the use’ group on Wednesday
I have changed my thinking, my attitude and I’m more confident
I am thinking more positively about my recovery
I think more carefully before I get cravings to use
I’m learning to be more non-reactive and I am now speaking up for myself
I’m more aware of my relapse signs
I have made many changes since I started at ARAS and continue to do so.
I have learned about my fears by coming to ARAS
I have reduced from 3 substances to 1 and I hope to be drug-free very soon
